Train Smart

This is a two day class (600 rounds) that will teach you how to be your own coach.

You will set goals, learn how to set up a training plan, bring pressure to your practice, how to use decision training and contingency plans, variable practice, and random practice. There are mini competitions. Moving targets and eye movement. Risk vs. reward based on hit factor. We start with a blind stage.
